Mindful Voice

In the "Mindful Voice" group students will:
 

  • Learn techniques to improve the voice

  • Build confidence

  • Sing sacred songs from around the world

  • Practice Yoga breathing techniques

  • Engage in Meditative movement

  • Hold healing space for our planet

  • Engage in mindful discussion

 


The instructor, NewSong, has been singing her entire life. Her daily yoga, sacred song, and mindfulness practice has cultivated joy and understanding that she loves to share with her students. She has participated in ceremony and learned songs with many lineages and traditions. She has a B.F.A. with a concentration in Art Therapy and deeply believes in the healing power of music.
