By enrolling my child in The Candyman Summer Rock Camp, I acknowledge and agree to the Field Trip Permission Policy and grant permission for my child to participate in all scheduled camp field trips.

I understand that my child may be transported by bus, automobile, limo, cab, Lyft, or Uber to various locations and will return to The Candyman before parent pick-up.

Field Trip Details
A trip to Hutton Broadcasting for a radio station interview will take place on the second Friday of camp.
Additional field trips may be scheduled at the discretion of the Instructor and/or Camp Director and may include walking trips to nearby parks, restaurants, convenience stores, and other local destinations.

Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Parental Consent
By granting permission for my child to participate in camp field trips, I:

 

• Release and discharge The Candyman Strings & Things, its owners, employees, staff, and agents from any claims, responsibilities, or liabilities related to injuries or harm incurred during field trips.

• Authorize The Candyman Strings & Things and its representatives to take necessary action in the event of an emergency, using their best judgment. I further release The Candyman and its representatives from any liability related to emergency response actions.

Agreement
By enrolling a student in Summer Rock Camp, the registrant acknowledges and accepts these terms. A digital signature submitted during online registration serves as formal agreement.
